Our Full Design service is a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for new builds, renovations and refurbishments — whether an entire home, a portion of it, or a single room such as a kitchen or bathroom.
It is a highly considered, bespoke service. We detail every aspect of the space, drawing out the unique elements that emerge from our visioning and brief development, and develop a complete, fully resolved design plan — ready to execute at your own pace with your own trades, or with ours. The service can be delivered in person or remotely, whichever suits your project.
Your final design package includes:
- Concept and furniture moodboards, including colour palette
- Technical drawings, including floor plans, lighting & electrical, elevations, bespoke joinery
- Material and fabric selections
- Photorealistic 3D renders
- Full product list with links
- FF&E budget and one set of revisions
FULL TURNKEY
For support beyond the design stage, Full Design can be extended into a complete turnkey service, where we take the approved design and bring it to life, coordinating and managing the project through to completion. This may include procurement at trade pricing, trade tendering and selection, full budget management, coordination of suppliers and trades, installation oversight and final styling.
